Detractors of this product use the usually correct logic of avoid proprietary blends. I usually agee. They also say that 206mg is too small to carry enough of each ingredient. I'm 39. I played college rugby and have stayed in excellent shape for most of my life. I've been 100% natural from the beginning.
This product has given me back enough energy to dominate the workday as a high end contractor and still charge through workouts that were starting to get skipped at the end of the tiring day.
I've struggled with depression most of my life. My mood has definitely crossed over into positive numbers.
As for weight loss. I've noticed some tightness in my stomach but I'm not sure that this would work for someone who is relying on a pill to do most of the work. What it does do is stoke the fire in someone who is already motivated to workout and eat right.
Anyone who says that it can't be good because there's not enough in it is guilty of two mistakes; they actually believe that our sensitive nervous and endocrine systems need to be hit with sledgehammer intensity (it's people's rear ends that need to be hit with intensity) and secondly, they haven't tried it.
Great product. It would be better to have 90 tablets with 120-130mg per. Two tablets can sometimes be a bit hard at bedtime. If you're susceptible to insomnia, I would be cautious with this product until you have assessed your tolerance. 3 smaller tablets would seem easier to control. Some days I wish I could take 300mg instead of only 206mg or 412mg.

I have just started this product about a week ago. Before this I was on Oxyelite pro and although I liked oxy elite it didn't seem to work for me anymore so I read about this and decided to swtich. So far I am VERY glad I switched. This product suppresses my appetite so much and gives me tons of energy and makes me just feel so awesome everyday. I don't think I will be going back to any other fat burner!

I am a mother of two and work full time so I have no energy and no time to make good decisions about food. Methylhex gives me just the right amount of energy I've been missing and helps curb my appetite so I can "think" about food and not just grab the first thing I see. More energy and less of an appetite! What more could you ask for????

My husband loves this, but didn't seem the best for me. I would give it a try now that I am not on such a major "weight loss" angle just to see if the mood enhancer would help!

HI I am a full time medical student and love the energy and focus this stuff gives me in that it doesnt overwhelm me with rapid heartbeats or profuse sweating just a smooth energy and great focus...

Methylhex 4,2 is a wonderful fat burner. That alone would sell me on it, but it's also a great mood enhancer and appetite suppressant! Talk about having your proverbial cake and eating it too! When I take Methylhex I fell energized, I have virtually no hunger, and I have more of a spring in my step. I'm normally a happy person, but this just makes me even more so. lol I love it, and I continue to recommend it to anyone looking to feel better both mentally and physically. Try this product out and I can promise you that you won't be disappointed.

I have tried several energy/fat burners and I would always be left with stomach cramps and shaking sensations. At times they would also not deliver what they promised. My friend gave me a sample of Methylhex 4,2 she said this really works. I was skeptical but I said let me give it a shot. BEST decision I have ever made. This product truly delivers what it said it does. I totally have more energy, feel more focused, and it truly controls my appetite and most importantly not harsh to my stomach. Totally love this product and can't see myself using anything else unless it is a newer and better version of Methylhex 4,2! This product has allowed me to shed the pounds away!!

There are very few products out there that actually do what they say they are going to do. It's so much better than drinking those nasty tasting drinks.
I recommend trying this to everyone who wants to lean down.

I just bought two bottles from GNC on the advise of manager, with doubt of what he stated I still took his advise. Here I am 8 days later and my expirience has been just so! Increase in energy, alertness, extra motivation in my daly endevorse, on a vigorous workout 3 time a week wich has helped in maintaining schedule. So far so good! I will be back with latter progress on my outcome so if u are interested in my development with Methyl Hex4,2 look out for my following review!
P.S. my current weight 240lb.
