Bio: I was a cheerleader in high school and did cross country as well as threw the javelin in college track at Graceland University. After college track was over, I got into competing to continually challenge myself and stay in great shape. Through the help of SEI and their awesome products that has been possible.

I take Methyl Hex and Green tea with CLA in the morning. After my workout I will have a Max protein shake, and I just recently have been >utilizing their Max TNT pre workout as well as the Max RSQ after I finish in the gym. I am pleased with the results I have recieved after using SEI products and am proud to be a sponsored athlete.

In the future I wish to continue to compete and hopefully becoming a PRO as well as continuing advocating living a healthy lifestyle as a nurse, an athlete and competitor.
