My name is Cecil Foster, I am 28 years old, happily married, and now a father of a beautiful baby boy. I have 6 years of personal training experience, 5 of those with John Defendis and UltraFit. I just love helping people! I train because there is no greater satisfaction than to help an individual reach what they assume is the unreachable; to attain the unattainable! My joy comes from my clients success!

Since I can remember fitness has been a part of my life, whether it be through sports, hobbies, and now a profession. I have been in the competitive realm for as long as I can remember, from football, wrestling, track, climbing, and now amateur bodybuilding, and fitness modeling. I have started my third season in natural amateur bodybuilding and fitness modeling with a bang! .

This season I have taken home first place in novice heavey weight and best poser in class! So now I am more excited than ever! Thus I have been blessed to compete in a team environment as well as an individual. Since becoming a trainer in 2005, I have had the privilege to be a UltraFit Personal Trainer under the tutelage of body building, fitness great, and Hall of Fame Inductee, Mr. USA John Defendis. I have also personally trained with IFBB Pro and friend Mat Duvall and recently have had the honor to be trained by former Mr. Universe and bodybuilding legend Steve Michalik author of the best seller book "Atomic Fitness"

Being a part of team UltraFit and SEI is and has been a chance of a life time! I can honestly say, I truly have been richly blessed with countless amazing opportunities!
